Stephen Vincent Ward, 44, of Inwood, W.Va., died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at City Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va. A celebration of life service will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at South Berkeley Chapel, Inwood.
