Sylvia Rosalie Mickelinc, 82, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at City Hospital. Family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. The service will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. James D. Riley officiating. Burial will be Monday, Feb. 11, 2013, at 10 a.m. in Cheltenham (Md.) Veteran Cemetery.
