Thomas Edward Baechtel, 76, of Hagerstown, died July 3, 2012, at NMS Healthcare of Hagerstown. The family will receive friends at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E.Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, today from 7 to 9 p.m. The service will be Friday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Hagerstown.
