Tiffany Lee Overholser, 45, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Friday, Dec. 28, 2012. A memorial service will be Friday at 3:30 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 30 minutes prior to the service. Burial will be private.
