Trista Alane Gladhill, 26, of Clear Spring, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, July 10, 2012, at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Md.
Born Jan. 15, 1986, in Hagerstown, Md., she is the daughter of Holly Alane Reed Gladhill and David Alan Gladhill of Clear Spring.
She was a 2004 graduate of Washington County Technical High School. She was employed as a hair stylist at Hair Cuttery at Valley Mall in Hagerstown.
Trista was free-spirited. She enjoyed rock and roll music and having fun with friends and co-workers.
We will always remember Trista as the individual that she was and we were lucky to be blessed with her for 26 years. These were 26 astonishing years of priceless memories. When we miss her, we have our memories; and if we ever need her, she is always in our hearts.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandmother, Delores Reed of Big Pool; paternal grandparents, Frances and Wendell Gladhill of Clear Spring; a brother, Alan Bradley Gladhill of Clear Spring; three nieces, Jocelyn, Gwen and Maggie; and several aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Max Reed; and an uncle, Brad Reed.
A visitation will be held Friday, July 13, 2012, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Donald Edwin Thompson Funeral Home Inc., 13607 National Pike, Clear Spring. Graveside services will follow at 11 a.m. at Parkhead Cemetery in Big Pool. The Rev. Ron Faith will officiate.
