Vincent Howard Bullett, 49, of Pembroke Pines, Fla., died Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012, at Memorial Regional Hospital in Miami, Fla. A memorial service will be Friday at 6 p.m. at Joseph A. Scarano Funeral Home, Pembroke Pines. A local service will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg, W.Va. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
