Walter H. “Stummy” Stumbaugh, 82, of 11807 Koons Road, Waynesboro, Pa., died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012, at Waynesboro Hospital, Waynesboro. The family will receive friends at Grove-Bowresox Funeral Home, Waynesboro, Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. The service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Antietam Cemetery.
