Walter W. Brown Sr., 73, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, at City Hospital in Martinsburg. The family will receive friends Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. The service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at South Berkeley Chapel, Inwood, W.Va., with the Rev. Charles Brown officiating. Military graveside services will be in Rosedale Cemetery, Martinsburg.
