Wendy Renee Duckett, 37, of Manassas, Va., died Sunday, March 3, 2013, at Fairfax (Va.) Hospital. A Celebration of Life ceremony will be co-celebrated with her late father, William Anthony "Tony" Duckett on Saturday, April 13, 2013, at Fort Ritchie Community Center, Cascade, at 4 p.m. Eulogy at 4:15 p.m. Dress is Tony and Wendy casual. Arrangments are by Lochstampfor Funeral Home Inc., Waynesboro, Pa.
