William B. "Bill" Gartner, 81, of Chambersburg, Pa., died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, at Falling Spring Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The family will receive friends Saturday, Feb. 23, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Chambersburg. A memorial service will be Saturday, Feb. 23, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
