Woodrow “Woody” W. Starliper, 82, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012, at City Hospital.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. The service will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Al Clipp officiating. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
