No. 1, this problem has been created by people ... they just drop their cats off when they don’t want them anymore, and this is tragic. And whoever is feeding the cats on Northern Avenue, I’m sure have made sure that those cats have been trapped, neutered, and returned, so that means that they have been altered, they cannot reproduce. ... Taking them to the humane society is definitely more gentle for the animals.”
