“Is it no surprise that 58 of the 70 tickets written for drivers passing stopped school buses occurred on Maugans Avenue? These drivers, on the same road, continue on to Longmeadow Road, where the speed limit is 35, but their speed is anywhere from 55 to 80 mph. This is east and west, and not occasionally, but daily ... in our residential neighborhood. We certainly appreciate it, especially nabbing those commercial drivers who totally ignore the speed limit.”
