The top rate was 7 percent for those making over $11 million. Of course, this was when individuals took personal responsibility with their situation and didn’t have entitlements and freebies to bail them out, which is a big reason why the U.S. is in the shape it’s in. The U.S. is on the brink of disaster. Wake up, folks.”
