“I see where some thought that the federal government should bail out citizens because of what are called natural disasters. I find this not a part of what the federal government’s for. This should be covered by states or other organizations. If my house floods, I don’t expect the federal (government) ... however, where’s the line drawn? Is it a billion dollars, is it $2 billion? Why wouldn’t my house be replaced if it was ravaged by flood? I don’t think it would.”
