“Nice article on Jan. 3 about the Franklin County budget slight increase. Something’s wrong with their picture over there. I cannot see why 73 cents out of all their tax dollars goes for crime, courts and corrections. Do they have any education system over there for public schools and community colleges or anything? Where’s the financial picture on that? I would be asking that question over there.”
