“Regarding trash at Garland Groh: How about people not throwing trash out and on other people’s property in the first place? And does any kind of commissioner or director of agency responsible for codes ever drive up and down our county roads and see abandoned buildings and businesses, and people using their yards for a dump? Take a drive along Broadfording and Rockdale roads, for starters. Washington County is becoming a blight county.”
