You know, the senior citizens put money into the county, city, state, for many, many years, and I think they’d better put some of the things that they fund on the back burner, because that is worthless. That was Bobby Fouche. He was a perfect gentleman. He was always kind. He was very political, he had his voice, his opinion. So all I would like to say to Bobby is, ‘Rest in peace, Bobby, and thank you for all the years that you gave to the citizens of Hagerstown.’”

Also, as I have previously suggested to The Herald-Mail, I think the paper should carry Amy Goodman’s weekly column. She is a true journalist who puts herself out there on the ground to get the story, and is independent of corporate media.”

Boil rapidly until candy thermometer registers 242, until a very small amount dropped into very cold water forms a firm ball that holds its shape while pressed. Add vanilla, beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.”

It was concrete, sturdy and should not have been torn down, but the hospital owned it and no one bought it from them. I had written in the paper how bad the traffic was for seniors at HCC, and now I read that some others felt that way. But some others were determined to use HCC.”
