“The person from Shepherdstown who said I better get a new doctor, he never heard of anyone giving their picture ID at the doctor’s office, apparently they’re a little behind in West Virginia, because I’ve been having to do that for about two years now, and I have gone to my doctor for 30 years. For those who are so adamant about not showing a picture ID when they vote, it’s because it’s kind of hard to cover up a corpse or a dog on a picture ID.”
