Thumbs Up, Thumbs Down - Dec. 1

Thumbs up to the members, families and leaders of Franklin County 4-H, who over the past few weeks collected donations and items to assist those affected by Superstorm Sandy. The items will be delivered to a former Shippensburg, Pa., resident who lives in New York and is volunteering with churches and relief organizations in and around Staten Island.
