Thumbs Up, Thumbs Down - June 9

Thumbs up to Jessica Swarner of Hagerstown, whose leadership and positive attitude have made a positive impression on her school, St. Maria Goretti. After attending a Hugh O’Brian Youth leadership seminar last year, she started the Positivity Club, which has hosted events like Post-it Notes Day and High Five in the Hallway.
