An excavator demolishes the former Hu Nan Chinese Restaurant today at the corner of Spring Street and Charlevoix Avenue in Petoskey. Brian Ludlow, a landowner involved in redeveloping the site, expects a new McDonald's restaurant will be built in Hu Nan's place next spring.
