Receiving recognition at Char-Em United Way's Celebration Breakfast are (from left) Michelle Kruzel of Edgewater Design Group, Gail Kloss of Women's Resource Center, Tim English of DCL/Bayshore Steel Works and Michelle Harrington of Northern Michigan Review. Edgewater Design Group received the "When You Believe" award, Women's Resource Center the "You've Got a Friend" honor and DCL/Bay Shore Steel Works the Outstanding Campaign award, while Harrington was recognized as Campaigner of the Year
