Lime Fresh Mexican Grill's guac

What started in 2004 with a tiny location in South Beach has grown to 16 locations owned, as of April 11, by Ruby Tuesday. It's one of the few spots with different kinds of guacamole: Classic with cilantro, tomatoes and lime juice; Hombre with jalapenos; Gringo with the addition of creamy cilantro; and Abuela's with tomatillos and garlic. It's $6.49 and gorgeously presented in a metal box lined with waxed paper.
