Accused of breaking into the Florida Power and Light facility. While in jail McClern told the deputy he would have outran him with his "hood speed" if only the deputy didn't have his taser out, the report stated. Charge: Burglary of an Occupied Structure, Possession of Burglary Tools and Criminal Mischief.
