Weapon: Peanut butter sandwich

The story: On June 29, Miller stepped out of his trailer to investigate a disturbance he heard when he confronted a trio. He threatened both a pregnant woman and a woman who intervened in her defense with a four to five-foot sword. A third woman stepped in after Miller poked the sword at and Miller smeared her chest with his peanut butter sandwich, according to a Polk County Sheriff's Office report.

When deputies placed Miller in a patrol unit, he chewed on padding inside the car in lieu of his peanut butter sandwich.

Charges: Battery, aggravated assault with deadly weapon, criminal mischief
