Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Officer Jarrod Molnar double checks the measurement on a lobster as divers Jon McCarty, 32 , of Palm Beach Gardens (left) and Kevin Stephens, 27, of Jupiter look on Wednesday morning, the first day of the 2009 lobster mini-season. Officer Molnar stopped the divers in the Intracoastal Waterway north of Jupiter and found two of their lobsters to be undersized. He issued a citation to Stephens.
