David Maldonado, 23, being taken from the Hollywood Police Department. Maldonado allegedly shot an off-duty Broward County sheriff's detective Deputy Maury Hernandez, 28. during a routine traffic stop on the 3700 block of Pembroke Road in Pembroke Park.
