Ashley Herbert, a 26-year-old studying dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania, made it to the final four. She also went topless at the "Sports Illustrated" swimsuit edition photo shoot, but was jealous of Michelle's physical chemistry with the Bachelor. Brad gave her a rose after the date to console her. As a result, Chantal had an emotional breakdown, but Ashley was all smiles.
