The Ram Badlands Circuit Finals was held last weekend in Minot.
The champs were Dane Kissack of Spearfish (tie-down roping); Lisa Lockhart of Oelrichs (barrel racing); Jet Price of Buffalo (bareback riding); Jason Reiss of Dickinson (steer wrestling); Jay Mattson of Deadwood and Matt Kasner of Cody, Neb., (team roping); Troy Crowser of Whitewood (saddle bronc riding); Jeff Bertus of Avon (bull riding); and J.B. Lord of Sturgis (all-around).
Two of the cowboys, Crowser and Lord, won titles at the 2012 Dacotah Stampede Rodeo in Aberdeen this summer. Crowser won the saddle bronc riding and Lord won steer wrestling and was the all-around cowboy.
