Terrell Suggs takes blame for John Harbaugh's unsportsmanlike conduct flag

Midway through the third quarter of Sunday’s 25-15 win against the Cleveland Browns, John Harbaugh was flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct. The penalty was offset by an unnecessary roughness call on Browns rookie wide receiver Josh Gordon, but it was the second time this season that the Ravens coach had been cited for such an infraction.
