FREDERICK, Md. — The Williamsport Nationals won two games in the Sonny Blank Memorial Tournament.
Tyler Byers had three hits and two RBIs to lead a 9-3 win over Cumberland Post 13. Justin Lewis added three RBIs.
John Britton and Byers had two hits each in an 11-9 win over Plymouth Meeting, Pa.
In an 8-8 tie called because of darkness, Williamsport tied Woodsboro Post 282. Charles Cvijanovich had a double and triple, Austin Stone had three hits and Zane Schreiber had two hits.
