Boys Basketball: Keyes is a keeper as Hubs boys rally to lock up Rebels

North Hagerstown was horrible at the foul line for most of the night, but when the Hubs needed some points with the clock stopped, they managed to knock a few down and secure a 67-63 win over city rival South Hagerstown on Friday.
