GETTYSBURG, Pa. — Less than 24 hours after knocking off previously unbeaten Williamsport, North Hagerstown could not make a successful turnaround on Saturday afternoon.

The Hubs were throttled by Boiling Springs 50-27 in the Pennsylvania-Maryland Showcase at Gettysburg High School.

North (9-5) shot only 27.5 percent and committed 20 turnovers, while Boiling Springs (9-8) shot 62 percent, including a 12-for-14 effort in the second half.

D.D. Dickson led North with 10 points. Trey Jessie had six rebounds and Max Psillas had five steals.

BALTIMORE — Jawuan Wilson had 16 points and four rebounds for St. Maria Goretti in a Baltimore Catholic League loss to Calvert Hall (11-13, 5-3).

Patrice Tekeda had 13 points and four rebounds and Yannick Zanfack had 12 points for the Gaels (7-15, 0-9), who were outscored 21-7 in the third quarter after taking a two point lead into halftime.
