The Hawks (16-5, 7-4) rallied from a 26-10 first-half deficit to tie the score at 30 entering halftime. HCC took its first lead at 56-53 with eight minutes left.
Jackson added seven rebounds, five assists and four steals, while Caldwell made three assists for the Hawks. Tiarra Rogers had 10 points, six rebounds, five assists and five steals, and Yolanda Pinkcett grabbed 15 rebounds.
