BOYS BASKETBALL
Mo Sallah capped a 21-point, 17-rebound, eight-block night with two clutch free throws with 2.4 seconds left, then intercepted a length-of-the-court inbounds pass to seal Broadfording’s 62-61 victory over Musselman on Tuesday night.
With the Lions (14-13) trailing by one, Moni Anderson — who finished with 15 points and three assists — took an inbounds pass with 8.9 seconds left, raced the length of the court and found Sallah on the block. Sallah missed the shot but was fouled, and sank both free throws to finish off a game in which neither team ever had more than a four-point lead.
Derek Durst went 4-for-9 from 3-point range and finished with 14 points for Broadfording. Cisco Silva added nine rebounds and five assists.
Jordan Butler led the Applemen (6-9) with 17 points, while Trevon Wesco had 14 and Tommy Hargrove added 13.

Yannick Zanfack had 13 points, Martin Geben had six points, 14 rebounds and five blocks and Gavin Rajahpillay had nine assists for the Gaels (15-9, 5-7).
