MERCERSBURG, Pa. — Sydney Reath tossed a one-hitter with seven strikeouts to lead Mercersburg Academy to a five-inning shutout of Martinsburg.

Reath also had three hits, including a triple, and four RBIs, Abby Hopple had three hits and three RBIs, Shelby Smith had two hits and two RBIs and Bridgette Cranston added two hits and an RBI for the Blue Storm (2-1).

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — Berkeley Springs erupted for 16 hits in a victory over Martinsburg on Wednesday.

Skylar Kroschinsky had four hits and two RBIs and Taylor Stull had three hits, including a triple, and five RBIs to lead the Indians (3-4). Dallis Bishop, Brittney Stotler and winning pitcher Natalie Redick each had two hits and an RBI in the victory.
