PREP VOLLEYBALL

Taylor Williams had 10 kills and four blocks to lead Boonsboro to a 25-22, 22-25, 25-18, 28-26 MVAL Antietam win over South Hagerstown on Thursday.

Leighann Cowden had eight kills and six digs, Sarah Anderson had six kills and four blocks, Meredith Craig had five kills and four blocks, Shelby Griffith had 18 assists, seven digs and five aces and Shelby Wallace added 10 assists and 13 digs for the Warriors (5-3, 3-1).

Alisha Adkins had 21 assists and seven kills, Victoria Pearl had 16 assists, Kendra Day had 14 kills and three blocks, Elena Young had 11 kills and Kirsten Mohar had 17 digs for the Rebels (1-6, 0-3).

FREDERICK, Md. — Stacey Christy had 10 kills and four blocks, and Lindsey Mowbray added 10 kills and two blocks for Williamsport in a 25-9, 25-16, 25-12 sweep of Thomas Johnson.

MANCHESTER, Md. — Amanda Snowden had 15 kills to lead Smithsburg to a 25-20, 25-11, 19-25, 25-19 victory over Manchester Valley.

Haley Caudell had 10 kills and four blocks, Hollee Winders had 11 kills, Peyton Belella had 34 assists and Marrisa Dangler had 19 digs for the Leopards (10-1).

Greencastle 3, Boiling Springs 0

GREENCASTLE, Pa. — Nakita Gearhart had 11 kills and six aces to lead Greencastle-Antrim to a sweep of Boiling Springs.

Gabbie Hissong had six kills and five aces, and Morgynn McKenzie added five kills and four aces for the Blue Devils (12-1). Claudia Hissong had 17 assists.

Grace Academy 3, New Life 0

Allie Cox had 10 kills and 13 digs and Grace Academy swept New Life Christian 25-15, 25-23, 26-24 in the Mason Dixon Christian Conference.

Valerie Cole had 24 assists, Heather Groves had eight kills and eight digs, Caitlin Cox had 11 digs and Jess Gladhill added eight digs for the Knights (7-7, 6-7).

Hannah Beddow had 10 assists and nine aces for Fulton County Community Christian in a sweep of Highland View.

POTOMAC, Md. — Payton Lissette and Katie Miller each had a goal and an assist for Mercersburg Academy in a win over Bullis School on Wednesday.

Goretti and South battled through two overtime periods before settling for a tie.

Jake Kline scored two goals and Yusif Bayoh had a goal and an assist for Goretti (8-4-2). Casey Bartholomew added an assist and Drew Katrina made six saves.

Dalton Hottinger, JonMichael Carbaugh and Jeb Shingler scored for the Rebels (1-7-1). Austin Johnson, Brayden Tiner and Chagall Coburn had an assist each and Joe Rohr made eight saves.

FROSTBURG, Md. — Owen Marx scored an unassisted goal in the 16th minute to lead Williamsport past Mountain Ridge.
