GIRLS BASKETBALL
BRUNSWICK, Md. — Kayla Peterson had a double-double with 13 points and 24 rebounds, and Jasmine Johnson scored a team-high 15 points for North Hagerstown as the Hubs defeated Brunswick 56-50 in the MVAL Antietam for their first victory of the season.
Khaliah Frost had eight points and seven rebounds, and Crystal McLeod added eight points, six rebounds and three steals for the Hubs (1-3, 1-1).
Melanie Yeomans scored a game-high 16 points for the Railroaders (1-3, 0-2).
