" Ask any of us, about being on time, or being 15 minutes early for a meeting not only do you waste your time but you waste other people's time who are sitting there waiting in the meeting," says John Greene, former Penn State Football Player from the class of 1988

At the end of the mass his son Scott Paterno speaking about his father.

Including the importance of family gathering around the kitchen table.

" It must be round. A round table has no head making all opinions equal," says Paterno

He also spoke about his father's life goal, to make an impact.

"As the gates open in my mind there was Dad's father, waiting to see him after all these years and as they embrace I can hear my father ask his father, how'd I do Pop, did I make impact? And we all know the answer, yes you did dad and we'll take it from here," says Paterno

We also got a chance to speak with Scott after the mass. He let us know how his mother Sue was holding up .

" My mom will be doing a lot better as time passes. It`s not easy, they were very close. They're four months from their 50th wedding anniversary so the timing is tough. She`ll be ok. She`s got a lot of people supporting her," says Paterno

Most of the money raised at the mass with go to thon a Penn State charity that raises money for children with cancer.
