( Chris Klint/KTUU-TV / December 5, 2012 ) A KFC location at 4315 Old Seward Hwy. housed under the same roof as a Holiday gas station stands empty Wednesday, after owner Wagstaff Atte Alaska Inc. closed it and two other restaurants in Midtown and Muldoon. The company attributes the closures, which occurred on Nov. 19 and affected about 35 employees, to the national economic downturn. |
