Blake Shelton’s new album Red River Blue is officially released today! The album boasts his new single, “God Gave Me You” and the biggest single of Blake’s career, “Honey Bee.” Blake says the album’s title comes from a track on the CD called “Red River Blue,” which he and wife Miranda Lambert have a special connection to.“It’s actually a song that Miranda and I are singing together on the record and it’s about a girl being from Texas and she’s still down there, and they’re apart now and the guy’s up in Oklahoma and it’s talkin’ about how, you know, the Red River is the…is the great divide between the two.” Martina McBride also makes a special appearance on the record for a duet titled “I’m Sorry.” Blake is currently on the road with Brad Paisley on his H20 II: Wetter and Wilder Tour through the summer.
