Dressing:

1/4 c. canola or olive oil

1/4 c. vinegar

1 Tbsp. sugar

1/2 tsp. tarragon or parsley flakes

1 tsp. grated orange peel

Combine salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients in a separate container. Just before serving, add dressing to the salad and toss.
