The Vienna Boys Choir is considered the world’s pre-eminent children’s choir. For more than six centuries, it has delighted audiences with a repertoire that encompasses Austrian folk songs and waltzes, classical masterpieces, beloved pop songs, holiday favorites and medieval chants.
Ticket prices are $45 and $30 for adults, $15 for anyone under 18. Tickets are now available for purchase by phone at (859) 236-4692 and via the www.NortonCenter.com website.
Old Carnegie eats
In partnership with Centre College’s food service provider, Sodexo, the Norton Center offers dinner before many of its season performances. Each night’s menu is hand selected by Sodexo’s executive chef and prepared based on the show theme.
As an added feature, patrons dining at Old Carnegie can bring their own bottle of wine to be enjoyed with the meal.
Pre-performance dinners are $25 per person (plus gratuity) and reservations must be made by calling the box office at (859) 236-4692 at least three business days in advance to ensure availability.
