Dr. Brooks Glenn Hicks
1943-2013
LOUISVILLE — Dr. Brooks Glenn Hicks, 69, a general practitioner and radiologist, died Sunday, Jan. 20.
Born July 23, 1943, in Creston, Ky., in Casey County, he was a son of the late Brooks and Mildred Hicks. He graduated from Berea College and received two Doctorates of Medicine from University of Kentucky.
Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years, Alice LeMaster Hicks; two daughters, Celina Hicks Valentine (Ray) and Clarissa Hicks Henshaw (Chris Conrad); and a granddaughter, Jasmine Valentine.
His Celebration of Life will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, at Wolf Creek Clubhouse.
