    People passing through the intersection at Charles and Centre streets recently may have noticed an intriguing banner hanging from the wall above the entrance to the <a href="http://findlocal.baltimoresun.com/mount-vernon/art/art/the-walters-art-museum-baltimore-museum">Walters Art Museum</a>.
