  5. Coast Guard Museum Must Be Part Of Bigger Picture

News that New London is planning a $100 million Coast Guard Museum was reported with the finality one might expect if someone had won the lottery. Facts don't lie. But this report was a puff piece, based on a rollout, based on a wish and a prayer.

  11. Sea Tea Improv Performs at Old Lyme's Florence Griswold Museum on March 22

The cut-ups of Sea Tea Improv (pictured) invade the coast this Friday, when they take over Old Lyme's Florence Griswold Museum for a night of hilarity. It's part of the Museum's Hot Air Club program, where attendees socialize, drink signature cocktails (one will be provided this evening) and laugh hysterically. Every Sea Tea show is different, basing sketches on audience suggestions and creating participatory games. This isn't sit-on-your-hands stuff. The show starts at 6:30 p.m.
