Flap over kindergartners' Pledge of Allegiance not criminal: state's attorney

Kane County’s top prosecutor announced Friday that no charges would be filed against the Mill Creek Elementary School parent who caused a stir over the Pledge of Allegiance — causing police to be called to the Geneva-area scene — while also slamming the man’s actions.
