  7. A Harrisburg City Man Shot In The Leg After Leaving Party

    A Harrisburg City man is recovering after a shooting late Saturday night. The man was leaving a party near the 2600 block of North Sixth Street when he heard gunshots and hid. After a few minutes the man headed towards 6th and Radnor street where the shooting continued. When the police arrived the man was lying in the street and had been shot in the leg. Witnesses say a silver or white minivan opened fire on the men standing at a corner and that a few men fired back at the van. Police are asking for anyone with information from the shooting to call 717-255-3131.

  23. Shots Fired Into Car With Child Inside; Harrisburg Police Looking For Suspects

    A Harrisburg City shooting left a boy and his mother shaken late Monday night.  The 37-year-old mother left her 8-year-old son in the car while she ran into a Chinese restaurant at the 300 block of Emerald Street  to get food. She heard gunshots from inside the restuarant and came outside to see her vehicle had been hit. Witnesses were unable to give any description of the shooters but said that it was possibly two men shooting at each other. The boy and his mother were not  injured.
