    A registered nurse in Roanoke is on a mission, literally.   Eugenia Lindsey is getting ready for a possible mission trip to Vietnam in a few months. She's encouraging more healthcare professionals from our region to take part in mission work around the globe. Lindsey, who also works as a social worker, played a key role during the aftermath of the earthquake that devastated Haiti when she worked with Operation Smile.             It's a relief group that helps provide medical attention for those with serious facial deformities.
